The Missouri Supreme Court issued an order effective March 22, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Supreme Court of Missouri hereby suspends  all in-person Proceedings in all appellate and circuit courts- including all associate, family, justice, municipal, and probate divisions. The suspension will last from Sunday, March 22, 2020 through Friday, April 17, 2020, and may be extended by order of the Missouri Supreme Court. 

Judge Mark Rundel, Kimberling City Municipal Court Judge, has cancelled court in a statement mirroring the Supreme Court Order. If you have questions about your court date you can contact the Kimberling City Court Administrator by calling 417-739-4922, or e-mailing All defendants can also check on case information, and updated court dates by going to Missouri Case Net. All cases on Missouri Case Net will be updated as new information is made available. No in person inquiries are allowed.

Kimberling City Municipal Division
A division of the Circuit Court of Stone County, 39th Judicial Circuit. Kimberling City Municipal Division handles traffic and ordinance violations and oversees court appearances, fine payments, and community service.

Municipal Court is held in the Community Center, 34 Kimberling Blvd, next to City Hall. Court is held once a month on the Third Thursday at 1:30 PM. However, this is subject to change. Contact the Court Administrator directly, or check your case on Missouri Courts (CaseNet) if you are unsure of your court date.
